Return & Refund Policy

At Shaheen Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Tags must be intact and the item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please note:

• Custom-tailored or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care at shaheenfashion@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
