To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we partner with reputed courier services only. Free delivery is available across the USA.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of placement. Most orders are delivered within 7–10 working days. Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of ordering — please ensure all details are accurate.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and return it to the courier. Email us immediately at shaheenfashion.co@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will arrange a brand new replacement at no additional cost to you. Please ensure the original tags and packaging are intact when returning the item.
